They also have a department called Relax on Demand, which makes content according to thematic and local needs, Doncieux said. There are different companies that ask them to make content for them when they need it, on the specific topics they request.
There’s also a Relax newswire that is dedicated to leisure and produced with AFP.
Doncieux shared the platform they use with the audience. They produce about 1,600 dispatchers a month, he said, by using AP wires for a source.
They produce content for 25 different topics, Doncieux said.
They are also syndicating partnerships with good sources with good content.
Relaxnews packages their content for their clients. They have four types of clients, including companies like Yahoo and MSN.
Nicolas Giraudon, deputy sales and marketing director of AFP, jumped in during the presentation to talk about AFP and how AFP works with Relaxnews.
AFP covers 60 fashion shows throughout the world and then works with Relaxnews with the multimedia content that was gathered at the event to make their content, he said.
